Can be used with any bookplate or out it. Very lightly used. Four large d-rings on the shoulders, two shoulder adjustment strap ends, one each side, sternum strap, end, six padded back pack, three side. Harness can use an optional qr-weight system.

The x-tek form tek harness is a three-piece form-harness-system with padded shoulders and anatomically optimized back pack for ultimate in comfort equipped quick release buckles on both left right cross-chest sternum strap all easy removal. Any wing can be attached. System comes standard with a stainless steel back-plate and is convertible for single cylinder use.

The form tek system has more d-rings for attachment of accessories than most setups on market. Waist strap is equipped with a stainless steel buckle. Can be used with single tank adapter pr without it.
